About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telemarketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work remotely from anywhere within Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential customers/clients to promote our products/services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Able to handle customers in friendly way during critical situations.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Identify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in telemarketing. Automotive industry preferred.
  • Fluent in both English and Tamil is mandatory.Hindi language is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and software knowledge of MS office
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
