Roles & Responsibilities:
-Data management and analytic skills
-Extract data from data platforms (database), track, analyze, and report Key Performance Index (KPIs) & operational status.
-Ensure data accuracy and reliability through cleaning and preprocessing.
-Analyze extensive datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
-Develop and maintain visualizations and dashboards to effectively convey findings.
-Work alongside cross-functional teams to assist with diverse projects and initiatives.
-Perform ad-hoc analyses to address specific business inquiries.
-Design and maintain dashboards using SQL and visualization tools.
Preferred Skills:
-Critical thinking and data-driven.
-Some knowledge of experience using data analytics tools and/or applications.
-Passion for learning and working in a start-up environment.
-Self-sufficient and self-motivated.
-A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new priorities as they come.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
-Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Knowledge of data analysis tools and programming languages, such as Python, is preferred.
-Familiarity with data visualization platforms like Looker Studio, Power BI, or equivalent.
-Meticulous attention to detail and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
